Question

Miro is an international software company with multiple offices across several continents. This growing company expanded to Amsterdam and was looking for parties to transform their monumental building inside into an inspiring and modern working environment. Miro’s software is made to work together, which is exactly what we did during this project. In cooperation with our partner DRDS, among others, we ensured a successful project.

Challenge

The historic building on Amsterdam’s Singelgracht has more than 32,000 square meters and provides workplaces for nearly a thousand employees. A hefty project that our light designers got to work on. Miro Amsterdam had to be lit in line with the company’s values, inspiration, sustainability, modern, adaption and creativity were key.

Result
The result is worth it! We used several track spots and recessed spotlights to light general areas and work spaces. Various designer office lamps were also used to illuminate the workstations in an inspiring way. In addition, the playful pendant lights create a creative work environment, completely in synergy with the interior of the office. The office of Miro Amsterdam has become a beautiful picture, walking through it is an experience in itself. Furthermore, there are plenty of workstations and collaboration spaces where work can be done quietly with full focus if there is a need for it. An office to be proud of!
