Question

BM Personeel has been located on the Fabriekstraat in Deurne since July 1, 2022. For their new location, they were looking for a lighting partner, which was easily found with Lixero. At 400 meters from their new office one finds our factory and office, a real local project we can say!

Challenge

BM Personeel was looking for a multifunctional office. An office that is good for individual work but also has enough space for meetings and working together. It was also important to have a bar with music for the (Friday afternoon) drinks. An appropriate lighting plan was developed by our lighting specialist.

Result
The first floor is lit with track fixtures, recessed spotlights and designer pendant fixtures. Using the track spots, the logo behind the table is nicely highlighted. Upstairs is the office and bar, a spectrum of fixtures were used to create the right atmosphere. The workplaces are illuminated in an efficient and comfortable way with the sturdy LD luminaires. Designer pendant lights hang above the conference table, perfectly in line with the atmosphere BM Personeel wants to create in their office. To complete the new experience, a Lixero Audio speaker was installed in the light rails. This way, the entire office enjoys the best music during work and drinks!
