The importance of light

Every light source produces light waves and our body recognizes these waves. These light waves affect our mood, and even a small amount of light can affect our sleep cycle. We would prefer to work in an environment with plenty of daylight, but that is not always feasible, especially during the dark days that the Netherlands sometimes has. In this regard, thoughtful interior lighting can provide an excellent replacement for the lack of natural daylight.
