Meet The Team: Harm Aarts
This is Harm Aarts, our financial rock. Harm has been part of our team for almost 4 years and is responsible for the big issues within the Finance & HR department. He sets the budgets, reports monthly figures and manages the vehicle fleet. In addition, Harm is the one who makes sure that the team at Lixero all gets their salaries paid on time.
A flying start
Harm starts his day by taking his two children to school, then cycles to work and starts his day with a cup of black, extra strong coffee and a chat at the vending machine. He opens his mail, works through it, keeps the administration up-to-date and is otherwise lived by the delusion of the day.
No day the same
Because Harm deals with Finance, HR & IT, this helps to ensure that no day is the same and it is precisely the varied nature that makes it fun for him! Harm is known in the office as someone you can always turn to. He values team spirit and is always in for a good time.
